ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass order on the representation / explanation submitted by the petitioner 2/6
dated 26.11.2025 to recall the objection issued to 2nd respondent by the 3rd respondent dated 02.09.2023 in respect of petitioner's property bearing S.No.260/6 situated at Irungalur Village, Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy District and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to remove the board erected on the petitioner's property by the 3rd respondent.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice if the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2025 is directed to be considered and disposed of by the 1st respondent within a time frame.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2025 will be disposed of by the 1st respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.
Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is 3/6
