COMMON ORDER The Transfer Miscellaneous Petitions are between the same parties and taken up together.
2. The petitioner wife has filed both the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions to withdraw the O.P.No.1614 of 2023 and O.P.No.136 of 2024, pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli. It is the contention of the petitioner that she is residing along with her parents in Thennur, Tiruchirappalli. She is also taking care of the minor child.
3. Considering the hardship pleaded in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered as prayed for. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
