PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the third respondent's suspension order dated 03.09.2024 in Na.Ka.No.4264/tho.U/2024 and quash the same as illegal and to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 25.09.2024 and 22.10.2024.

The present Writ Petition has been filed by an Extension Officer employed in the third respondent Co-operative Milk Producers' Union Limited seeking to quash the order of suspension dated 03.09.2024.
2. A perusal of the suspension order reveals that the petitioner has been placed under suspension for spreading false information relating to Aavin in the media. The suspension order does not reveal what is the nature of false information, the petitioner was spreading in the media and in which media, such a false information was posted by the writ petitioner. 2/5
3. The petitioner was issued with a charge memo dated 25.10.2024 for which, the petitioner has submitted a detailed explanation on 14.11.2024. The petitioner has given a representation to the third respondent on 20.11.2024 seeking to revoke the order of suspension.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is under suspension for the past four months and already the petitioner has submitted his explanation, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner seeking revocation of the order of suspension and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
