O R D E R

The petitioner, who claims to have been assigned some land by Boomithan scheme some time in 1980, faces threat to his life and liberty at the hands of the third respondent, who is the adjacent owner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner finds some obstructions when he attempted to fence his property.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a complaint was preferred by the petitioner and the same is being enquired as current paper. He made a positive statement that no allegation is levelled against the third respondent herein in the said complaint.

4.Inasmuch as the petitioner fears threat to his life, limb and liberty, he is directed to make a fresh representation / complaint to the second respondent, whereupon, the second respondent is directed to cause such necessary enquiry after putting the third respondent on notice and take such appropriate decision as may be necessary to protect the life, liberty and right to property of the petitioner.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original petition stands disposed of.
