This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.363 of 2017 on the file of the respondent, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that the investigation is under progress and he seeks three months time for filing final report.

4. Recording the said submission, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No. 363 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
