The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. However, he seeks a direction to the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court may be dispensed with.

2.Taking into consideration of the same, this Court is inclined to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner, unless the Trial Court required her presence. Accordingly, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court shall be dispensed with. 3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
