The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.281 of 2017, dated 01.12.2017, registered for the offences under Sections 279, 337 and 304(A) I.P.C. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation has been substantially completed and the respondent Police is preparing to file charge https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ sheet before the concerned Court.
4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. However, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
