ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to register a case against the accused person based on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.12.2017.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one Sahul Hameed has received a sum of Rs.1,15,000/- for making arrangements to purchase a car, but he has not purchased any car for the petitioner and also refusing to repay the amount. When the same was questioned by the petitioner, the accused criminally intimidated the petitioner by using filthy language and hence, a complaint has been lodged before the second respondent on 28.12.2017, but, so far, no action has been taken on the same.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that the complaint was received by the first respondent through post and the same has been forwarded to the second respondent on 03.01.2018. He further submitted that summons have been sent to both parties for their appearance on 18.01.2018 and after enquiry the second respondent will take appropriate action.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to enquire the matter and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offences, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.
