ORDER

This Review Petition has been filed to review the order passed in W.P. (MD) No.15367 of 2024 dated 11.07.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the petitioners submitted that a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- has already been settled towards DeathCum-Retirement Gratuity, but the same has been suppressed.

3. All that has been ordered in the Writ Petition is to settle the said amount along with interest. At the time when the Writ Petition was heard, there was no representation to the effect that the above benefit has already been paid. If the petitioners claim that the said sum has already been settled, the relevant records may be produced during the contempt proceedings, if any, initiated by the petitioner in the Writ Petition for non-compliance of the order. Barring this clarification, I find no scope to Page No.2 of 4

entertain this review.

4. In the result, this Review Application is closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
