Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the Respondents No.1 to 3 to provide adequate Police protection for erecting the fencing in the Petitioner's land situated in Survey No.245/1B, to an extent of 15 cents situated at Vadacheri Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District based on O.S.No.63 of 2022 on the file of the Hon'ble District Munsif Court, Kulithalai and by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2023 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction against the Respondents No.1 to 3 to provide adequate Police protection for erecting the fencing in the Petitioner's land, by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2023.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner sought Police protection for conducting survey and measurement of the subject property under the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923. 2/5

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submitted that the survey of the property is taking place today with Police Protection.
