Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 397, 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.1540 of 2018 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons snatched the cell phone of the petitioner. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a false case has been foisted against him and he had nothing to do with the alleged offence. He would further submit that the coaccused have been arrested and released on bail. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to the previous conduct.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that there are 16 previous cases against the petitioner and

snatching the mobile phone from the public causes threat to the society.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is having 16 previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
