ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking direction against the Respondent Police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.96 of 2023 pending on the file of the second Respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions of the Respondent Police would submit that it is the case and counter case. In both the cases, investigation is completed. On instructions of the Respondents, he would further submit that the final report will be laid before the Court concerned within a week.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
