ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 2 to 7 for not to harass the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 14.01.2023 in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner after getting bail in Crime No.1031 of 2020, under Section 302 I.P.C, he has been regularly appearing before the Principal District Court, Karur District in S.C.No.17 of 2021 and that he had already obtained anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.407 of 2022 under the provisions of NDPS Act.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that except the above two cases, no other case is pending against the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the question of stopping him while he was returning from the Court and enquired him does not arise. If required, the third respondent is directed to issue summon to the petitioner and on receipt of the summon, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent and on such appearance, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.01.2023.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
