ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the third respondent to conduct further investigation in Crime No.154 of 2022 pending on the file of the third respondent based on the petitioner's petition dated 22.09.2022 on merits and in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that during investigation, three persons were arrested on 02.07.2022 and on the basis of the confession statement given by them, they came to know that totally there were six accused and they had already sold the goats and that the arrested accused have received their share amount of Rs.1,50,000/- and after spending Rs.1,00,000/-, the remaining amount of Rs.49,000/- was recovered from them and that they are searching for the other three accused. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the third respondent is directed to proceed with the investigation and complete the same and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
