Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate(Crl.side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23019 of 2025, dated 15.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
