ORDER

This petition is filed to transfer the further investigation in FIR in Crime No.31 of 2021 dated 30.01.2021 filed under Sections 294(b), 343, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC from the file of the third respondent to the second respondent and further the same to be monitored by the first respondent on the basis of the petitioner's online complaint in reference No.RDA21016337 dated 02.02.2021.

2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that investigation was over and a chargesheet was filed on 21.03.2023 and yet to be numbered. 3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and since chargesheet was already filed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
