ORDER

The plaintiff is the revision petitioner. The plaintiff had filed O.S.No.56 of 2022, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Aranthangi, for the relief of declaration of pathway rights and for permanent injunction. Along with the suit, the plaintiff had filed I.A.No.242 of 2022, seeking interim injunction. The said application is pending from April, 2022 onwards. However, so far, the respondents in the injunction application have not filed counter. The matter is being adjourned from time to time. Hence, he prays for an early disposal of I.A.No.242 of 2022.

2. Considering the nature of prayer sought for in the Interlocutory Application, this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Aranthangi to dispose of I.A.No.242 of 2022 on or before 15.04.2023. 2/4
