The learned counsel for the respondents made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was dismissed from service on 23.07.2021 and challenging the said final order of dismissal, the petitioner filed W.P.No.14100 of 2021 and it is pending. Thus, the present writ petition became infructuous and accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
