ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 05.01.2018, within the stipulated period.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the First Information Report was registered on 02.02.2018 in Crime No.58 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 294(b), 323 and 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code. The copy of the First Information Report is also produced before this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the said fact.

4.In view of the above, no further adjudication is required in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
