ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking direction against the Respondent Police not to harass the Petitioner, based on the Petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions of the Respondents 1 to 4, would submit that the Respondents 5 to 7 preferred a complaint against the Petitioner, based on which the case has been registered in CSR No.15 of 2024 on the file of the third Respondent. Also he would submit that the third Respondent will follow the directions of the Director General of Police, Tamil Nadu, Chennai, in Rc.007301/Genl.I(1)/2019, dated 09.04.2019 and Additional Director General of Police in C.No.18/ADGP/L&O/Camp/2024. 2/4
