PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 16.01.2023, 18.01.2023 and 20.01.2023.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 16.01.2023, 18.01.2023 and 20.01.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 20.01.2023 is pending before the respondents 1 to 4. He would further submit that 107 proceedings is pending against the petitioner as well as the private 2/5

respondents 5 to 7. He would also submit that the respondents 3 and 4 may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.01.2023, taking note of the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C and pass orders in accordance with law today itself.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
