ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner and the 4th respondent have entered into a sale agreement for selling the petitioner's property. The 4th respondent has paid a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- as advance, but without paying the balance sale consideration and getting the sale deed, the 4th respondent along with the 5th respondent is trying to dispossess the petitioner from his land and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent. He further submitted that the second respondent instead of giving protection to the petitioner, he is harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted and it was found that the dispute is civil in nature and hence, the said complaint was closed, with a direction that the parties can approach the civil Court and get their remedy. He further submitted that the petitioner was not subjected to any harassment.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission that the parties are directed to approach the civil Court and get their remedy in accordance with law, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
