ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.21 of 2020 and to file a final report. 2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the investigation in Crime No.21 of 2020 is underway and prayed for two months time to file a final report. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet as the case may be in Crime No.21 of 2020 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
