The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking direction against the 1/4

Respondent to file final report in Crime No.195 of 2013 on the file of the Respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation had been completed and the same was closed as civil dispute. Negative final report had already been filed on 25.04.2018 through e-filing before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam. 3.In the light of the above, the Petitioner is directed to approach the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam to file protest petition regarding the negative final report, if he is so advised. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, shall consider the protest petition to be filed by the Petitioner/aggrieved party, if any, and dispose of the same after hearing both the parties.
