JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by S.SRIMATHY, J.) This writ appeal is filed against the order dated 10.01.2025 made in W.P(MD)No.26192 of 2024.

On the earlier occasion, when we expressed our disinclination to entertain the writ appeal, the appellant sought time to file an undertaking affidavit to indicate when he would vacate the subject premises.

Today, the appellant has filed an affidavit seeking three months time to vacate the subject premises.

The undertaking affidavit dated 28.04.2025 is taken on record. Therefore, the Writ Appeal is dismissed directing the appellant to vacate the subject premises on or before 31.07.2025. After the appellant vacates the subject premises, lease granted in favour of another person shall start from the date the subsequent lessee is taking over the possession of the subject premises. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
