O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue SLR Copy of the property in S.Nos.299, 406, 488, 96/3 and 302 in Veeracholan, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 27.02.2023, within a time to be fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the lands in S.Nos.299, 406, 488, 96/3 and 302 in Veeracholan, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District originally belonged to the petitioner's father and during his lifetime, he was in possession and enjoyment of the same. Since there was a wrong entry in the UDR, there is difficulty in getting patta for the said lands in the petitioner's name. Therefore, the petitioner made a detailed representation to the first respondent on 27.02.2023 requesting to give SLR Copies for the above said lands. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.
