RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.8655/2017 on 10/07/2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GOVINDARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.ASOKAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Pursuant to the direction of this Court, a Report, dated 20.12.2017, from the learned Judicial Magistrate, FAC, Sivagangai, was received, in which it has been stated that the petitioner has been complying with the condition on every Monday from 17.07.2017 to till date, except 04.12.2017 and 11.12.2017.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) states that charge sheet is not yet filed and investigation is still pending in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this case.

3. Hence, the condition ordered on 10.07.2017 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police, as and when required, on summons.
