ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.924 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. According to the de-facto complainant, that he entered into an agreement with one Cannon Exim Pvt. Limited for obtaining visa to go to Canada and also paid Rs.1,50,000/-, but the Company has not made arrangements to get visa as promised and thereby cheated the de-facto complainant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is nothing to do with the Management of the Company called Cannon Exim Pvt. Limited and she is an aeronautical engineer and she was an employee of the Company from 03.11.2013 to 10.07.2014 and the entire amount was received by the first accused John Rajkumar and the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the Form-I received from the Registry of Companies and a letter obtained from the first accused in support of his contentions.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner joining with the first accused had received Rs.1,50,000/- from the de-facto complainant assuring to get visa to go to Canada and they failed to do so.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
