ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The matter appears to be connected with the affairs of a certain temple.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that there is some outstanding dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, that the police has recommended an action under Section 145 Cr.P.C., to the Executive Magistrate and the same is pending. He also added that the respondent police have neither harassed the petitioner nor intended to harass him.

5. The submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
