This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to give necessary direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.76 of 2017 and to file final report within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that though the First Information Report has been registered in the year 2017, so far, a final report has not been filed before the concerned Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State has submitted that after investigation, a case has been referred as mistake of fact. With regard to that, a final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

will be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithalai, within a week.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
