ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint lodged before the second respondent dated 21.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's husband namely, Jeyachandrakumar, is causing cruelty by demanding dowry and hence, a complaint has been lodged before the second respondent on 21.12.2017, but so far no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that enquiry is still pending. 4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to enquire the matter and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
