ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and also not to interfere in the civil dispute prevailing between the petitioners and the respondents 3 and 4 forthwith.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent is harassing the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that neither a complaint nor any case is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police and the second respondent is neither harassing the petitioner nor interested in harassing the petitioner whatsoever.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is made clear that now the presence of the petitioner is not necessary to the respondent police either for interrogation or for enquiry.
