ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the 4th respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that already a civil dispute is pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent and that being so, the 4th respondent gave a false complaint and based on that the respondents 2 and 3 are harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the 4th respondent, an enquiry has been conducted and it was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closed, as it is relating to a civil dispute. He further submitted that the petitioner was not subjected to any harassment. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 the criminal original petition is closed.
