Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.MAHENDRARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioners before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rameswaram, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13179 of 2021.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners could not surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and produce the sureties and within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
