This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite investigation and to file a final report with in a stipulated time as fixed by this Honourable Court in Crime No.52/2015 on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation completed and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and the same has been taken on file. 3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
