2. The order challenged in this writ petition relates to the period from 27.07.2021 to 31.03.2022. The said period has since elapsed. Therefore, this writ petition stands closed as infructuous.

3. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the writ petitioner are left open. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent has produced before me a copy of the communication bearing Mu.Mu.No.2867/A2/2022 dated 30.06.2022 granting approval for the school committee and the appointment of the school Secretary for the period from 01.04.2022 to 26.07.2024. A copy of the same has been served on the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to question the said subsequent communication in the manner known to law. No costs. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
