ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.11.2017 and 06.01.2018.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's complaint was enquired by the respondent Police and since the petitioner requested the respondent Police not to prosecute further in the above said complaint, the same was closed. The enquiry report is also produced.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also not disputed the above said fact.
