O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in connection with the case in Crime No.58 of 2014 dated 11.06.2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. This Court has paid its anxious consideration to the submissions made on either side.
3. On earlier occasion, this Court called for remarks from the concerned Magistrate as to why the case is not taken on file. Pursuant to that, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, has sent a report dated 27.03.2019 stating that the charge sheet was misplaced and now the same is taken on file in C.C.No.384 of 2019.

4. However, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai is required to look into these issues and also required to ensure that
there is no recurrence of such incidents within his unit.
4. In view of the fact that charge sheet has been filed, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
