RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.547 of 2021 dated 19.01.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble High Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.BALASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner by order dated 19.01.2021, imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioner should stay at Chengalpattu District and report before the Chengalpattu Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Seeking to relax the condition, the present petition has been filed.
2. Heard both sides.
3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 22.01.2021.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.951 of 2021 petitioner is, hereby, modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a week, i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
