ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct an inquiry and take appropriate action against the third respondent and other person by considering his representation, dated 14.12.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner against the third respondent, petition enquiry is pending on the file of the second respondent.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct detailed enquiry, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
