2. Eventhough notice has been sent to the private respondents, only fifth respondent has been served, but, none appeared and the other respondents are not served.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that because of the compromise that has been reached between the parties, the above said complaint was closed. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the undertaking given by the parties, only a portion of the amount was paid, the remaining amount was agreed to be paid on or before 03.10.2022 and that was not complied, the above said complaint be reopened by the petitioner and enquired. 2/4

4. In the light of the above, the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai, shall complete the enquiry within a period of 15 days from the date of appearance of the parties.
