2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that one G.Gunasekaran has filed a civil suit in O.S.No.911 of 2022 seeking for permanent injunction and the same is pending. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a current paper is pending for enquiry.
4.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint and take necessary action in accordance with law.
