O R D E R

The petitioners have been added as accused in Crime No.443 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC.

2.Both the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari Division at Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.2099 of 2015 on condition that they should appear before the respondent Police for a period of one month.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are senior citizens and they are native of Madurai and after they were granted anticipatory bail, wife of one of the petitioners died and therefore, they find it difficult to comply the condition. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that the complaint was given by the cousin brother of the petitioners while they had gone to Kanyakumari for temple festival.

5.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police.

6.Considering the fact and circumstances, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required. 7.The Criminal Original petition is disposed of accordingly.
