Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents,the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14560 of 2020 on 11.12.2020. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly from 12.12.2020 to till date.

CRL MP(MD) No.952 of 2021 3.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.14560 of 2020 on 11.12.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
