This petition is filed seeking to quash summon issued by the 2nd respondent, dated 17.08.2015 insofar as the petitioner concerned. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
