The petitioner prays for production of her daughter Joy Jesintha.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Upon instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the alleged detenue has married one Jeyakumar and she is living with him. During the enquiry by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.152 of 2022 Police, where the petitioner was also present. The alleged detenu has stated that she married one Jeyakumar and she would like to live with him. Hence, there is no case of illegal detention, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
