This petition has been filed to direct the respondents police to include the relevant provisions of SC\AT act in Crime No.53/2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.166 of 2016.

3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
