To relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.o.P.(MD).No.20833/2022 in order dt 24.11.2022 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MS. JERIN MATHEW.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M. VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.16047 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20833 of 2022, dated 22.12.2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.1989 of 2023 hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.16047 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20833 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, on receipt of summons.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
