PRAYER: Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the Detention Order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings C.No.77/Detention/C.P.O./T.C/2021 dated 20.12.2021 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the Detenu namely Vijayakumar, S/o. Rajadurai, aged 34 years (now detained at Central Prison, Trichy) before this Court and set him at liberty.
