This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing second respondent to receive the petitioner's settlement deed dated 09.01.2025 in respect of the property in S.No.1037/1A to an extent of 28 cents in Anjugramam Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari Dsitrict.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, if any document is presented for registration by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to receive the document and register the same if it is otherwise in order.
